How can you learn Tajweed? 
(Important Tips will help you in learning Tajweed)

Before starting in learning Tajweed, you should put in mind some important tips that will help you in learning and Tajweed rules and recite Quran very skillfully. These tips are: 

1 – Qur'an Recitation is a science which passed down generation after generation through teachers not just books.

So 

You should find a Qur'an teacher who studied Tajweed Rules and Have an Igaza in Quran Recitation and memorization to listen to your recitation and correct you after teaching you Tajweed Rules step by step. 

2 – While learning Tajweed Rules, you'll recite Qur'an and you'll apply rule after rule after learning it. You'll recite and the teacher will correct your recitation.

3 – You should listen to Qur'an from a famous and professional reciter (I recommend Sheikh/ Mahmoud Khalil Alhosry) who recites Qur'an clearly and skillfully, then you can repeat after him while trying to apply the rules you've learnt. 

4 – If you learn Tajweed while you're memorizing Qur'an, you should apply Tajweed rules that you are learning on the surah you're memorizing and don't save any effort about reciting correctly, that thing will help you in memorizing correctly. 

5 – Repeating and practicing (Qur'an Recitation with Tajweed) will Insha'Allah make perfect; as there is no obstacle between it (Recitation with Tajweed) and leaving it, except that a person must exercise his mouth with it (recitation with Tajweed), and this is the saying of Ibn-al-Jazaree, the great Imam of Tajweed.

The Meaning of Tanween and its purpose in Arabic and its Shapes In Qur'an  Tanween, named Nunation in English, is a sign of two Fathah or two Dhammah or two Kasrah occurs at the end of certain nouns. The word Tanween comes from the letter "noon", because pronouncing of tanween is like Noon Saakin.  From here we can say that tanween is to make pronunciation of the word end like "noon"  and we can say also that tanween is written as two fathah or two Dhammah or two kasrah and is pronounced as Noon saakin. How can we write tanween and how can we pronounce it?
