الحوار  means dialogue.

In Arabic we begin with the noun then the adjective that describes that noun, not like English in which the adjective comes before noun.

More examples

رجل قوى means a strong man

بنت جميلة  means a beautiful girl

حصان سريع  means a fast horse

Let's go on to the dialogue

السلام عليكم  is an Arabic Islamic greeting means peace be upon you.

أسمى خالد

The word أسم means name and then we have the pronoun ي which means "my" so "أسمى" means "my name" so ي at the end if it attached to any noun or anything it becomes "mine"

For example a word كتاب means "book" and if I say كتابى  it means "my book"

The word هاتف which means "phone" if is say "هاتفى" it means my phone

Can you give some examples?

We have the word question ما which means "what"

Then we have أسمك and again the word أسم  means "name" but here we have another pronoun which is ك that it is attached to the noun and it means "your" so the question : ما أسمك؟  means "what's your name"

The sentence "اسمى خليل"  means "my name is Khalil"

Then we have another question كيف حالك

كيف  is another question words means "how"

The word حالك  is two parts a noun and a pronoun

The noun is  حال the pronoun is ك which is attached to the this noun and it means your

The word حال  means  "condition" or "state" and the sentence literally translated as "how is your condition" but basically it the most common way of our saying "how are you" and the most common answer to this is the sentence بخير والحمد لله

بخير  means "I am in a good condition" or "I am fine" and then he praises Allah by saying الحمد لله means "thanks to Allah"

Then he asks him back وكيف حالك أنت

The pronoun أنتَ   means "you" if we are talking to a male, but if we are talking with a female we say أنتِ  with the vowel kasara under it.

And the answer بخير والحمد لله
